Dairy-Free Chocolate Avocado Mousse
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1/4 cup of almond milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
A pinch of sea salt
Fresh berries for garnish

Instructions:
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the blender with the avocado.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
Taste the mousse and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more maple syrup.
Once the mousse is well blended, spoon it into individual serving cups.
Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes to set.
Serve the mousse garnished with fresh berries.
