 Dairy-Free Chocolate Avocado Mousse



Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados

  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup of almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • A pinch of sea salt

  • Fresh berries for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • Mixing Bowls

  • Spatula

  • Serving Cups

Instructions:

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.

  • Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the blender with the avocado.

  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.

  • Taste the mousse and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more maple syrup.

  • Once the mousse is well blended, spoon it into individual serving cups.

  • Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes to set.

  • Serve the mousse garnished with fresh berries.
