Quick Chicken Chop Suey
Ingredients:
150g of chicken breast, sliced
100g of bell peppers, sliced
100g of broccoli florets
50g of sliced carrots
50g of baby corn, sliced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
100g of cooked rice (for serving)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Wok
Spatula
Knife
Cutting Board
Instructions:
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and baby corn. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Pour in the soy sauce and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the chicken chop suey hot over a bed of cooked rice.
