 Quick Chicken Chop Suey





Ingredients:

  • 150g of chicken breast, sliced

  • 100g of bell peppers, sliced

  • 100g of broccoli florets

  • 50g of sliced carrots

  • 50g of baby corn, sliced

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

  • 100g of cooked rice (for serving)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok

  • Spatula

  • Knife

  • Cutting Board

Instructions:

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.

  • Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.

  • Stir in the bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and baby corn. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  • Pour in the soy sauce and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Serve the chicken chop suey hot over a bed of cooked rice.
