Homemade Classic Cheeseburgers

 Classic Cheeseburgers




Ingredients:

  • 250g ground beef

  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese

  • 2 hamburger buns

  • 50g lettuce

  • 50g tomato, sliced

  • 30g pickles

  • 30g ketchup

  • 30g mustard

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Grill

  • Spatula

  • Mixing Bowl

  • Plate

Instructions:

  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.

  • In a mixing bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper, and form it into two equal patties.

  • Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.

  • During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.

  • While the patties are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

  • Assemble the burgers by placing a beef patty on the bottom half of each bun.

  • Top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.

  • Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
