Classic Cheeseburgers
Ingredients:
250g ground beef
2 slices of cheddar cheese
2 hamburger buns
50g lettuce
50g tomato, sliced
30g pickles
30g ketchup
30g mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Grill
Spatula
Mixing Bowl
Plate
Instructions:
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
In a mixing bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper, and form it into two equal patties.
Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
While the patties are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Assemble the burgers by placing a beef patty on the bottom half of each bun.
Top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
