 Spicy Chicken and Cheddar Pasta Bake




Ingredients:

  • 300g of potatoes

  • 150g of carrots

  • 2 eggs

  • 400g of chicken breast

  • 50ml of soy sauce

  • 10ml of chili oil

  • 30g of sesame seeds

  • 20ml of sesame oil

  • 200g of steak

  • 100g of bacon

  • 200g of pasta noodles

  • 100g of cheddar cheese

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Microwave Oven

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  • In a pot of boiling water, cook the pasta noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots into small cubes. Boil them in a pot of water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  • In a skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil, then sauté the chopped potatoes and carrots until slightly golden and tender.

  • Cube the chicken breast and steak, add them to the skillet, and cook until they are browned and fully cooked.

  • Stir in soy sauce, chili oil, and sesame seeds, mixing well. Allow the mixture to cook for another 5 minutes, then remove from heat.

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, vegetable and meat mixture, and mix thoroughly.

  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Pour the beaten eggs over the pasta mixture and stir to combine evenly.

  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish. Top it off with chopped bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.

  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
