Spicy Chicken and Cheddar Pasta Bake
Ingredients:
300g of potatoes
150g of carrots
2 eggs
400g of chicken breast
50ml of soy sauce
10ml of chili oil
30g of sesame seeds
20ml of sesame oil
200g of steak
100g of bacon
200g of pasta noodles
100g of cheddar cheese

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a pot of boiling water, cook the pasta noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots into small cubes. Boil them in a pot of water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil, then sauté the chopped potatoes and carrots until slightly golden and tender.
Cube the chicken breast and steak, add them to the skillet, and cook until they are browned and fully cooked.
Stir in soy sauce, chili oil, and sesame seeds, mixing well. Allow the mixture to cook for another 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, vegetable and meat mixture, and mix thoroughly.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Pour the beaten eggs over the pasta mixture and stir to combine evenly.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish. Top it off with chopped bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
