Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
100g of whole wheat pasta
50g of feta cheese
50g of cherry tomatoes, halved
30g of spinach leaves
30g of arugula
15g of olives, chopped
10ml of olive oil
10ml of balsamic vinegar
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Mixing bowl
Colander
Serving spoon
Instructions:
Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions, until al dente. Drain and let cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, spinach leaves, arugula, and olives.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
