 Pasta Salad



Ingredients:

  • 100g of whole wheat pasta

  • 50g of feta cheese

  • 50g of cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 30g of spinach leaves

  • 30g of arugula

  • 15g of olives, chopped

  • 10ml of olive oil

  • 10ml of balsamic vinegar

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl

  • Colander

  • Serving spoon

Instructions:

  • Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions, until al dente. Drain and let cool.

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, spinach leaves, arugula, and olives.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.

  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.

  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
