Italian Green Beans & Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
200g of green beans
300g of baby potatoes
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of dried Italian herbs
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Large skillet
Spatula
Measuring cups
Kitchen knife
Cutting board
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the baby potatoes to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the green beans to the skillet and sprinkle with the dried Italian herbs.
Cover the skillet and let it cook for an additional 5 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the green beans are bright green.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
