Ingredients:

  • 200g of green beans

  • 300g of baby potatoes

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon of dried Italian herbs

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Grated Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Large skillet

  • Spatula

  • Measuring cups

  • Kitchen knife

  • Cutting board

Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  • Add the baby potatoes to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Add the green beans to the skillet and sprinkle with the dried Italian herbs.

  • Cover the skillet and let it cook for an additional 5 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the green beans are bright green.
