Keto Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
200g boiled chicken breast, shredded
50g avocado, mashed
30g mayonnaise
10g lemon juice
30g lettuce, chopped
5g olive oil
3g salt
1g black pepper
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
Shred the boiled chicken breast and place in a mixing bowl.
Add the mashed avocado, mayonnaise, lemon juice and olive oil.
Add the chopped lettuce and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Mix all ingredients well.
Place the salad on a serving plate and serve cold.
