Ingredients:

  • 200g boiled chicken breast, shredded

  • 50g avocado, mashed

  • 30g mayonnaise

  • 10g lemon juice

  • 30g lettuce, chopped

  • 5g olive oil

  • 3g salt

  • 1g black pepper

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • mixing bowl

  • knife

  • chopping board

  • serving plate

Instructions:

  • Shred the boiled chicken breast and place in a mixing bowl.

  • Add the mashed avocado, mayonnaise, lemon juice and olive oil.

  • Add the chopped lettuce and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  • Mix all ingredients well.

  • Place the salad on a serving plate and serve cold.
