Oatmeal Porridge with Fruit



Ingredients:

  • 60g of oat flakes

  • 200ml almond milk

  • 1 banana (about 120g)

  • 100g strawberries

  • 15g vanilla protein powder

  • 10g nuts (or seeds)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Casserole

  • Wooden spoon

  • Was

Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, bring the almond milk to a boil.

  • Add the oats and reduce the heat. Let simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

  • Meanwhile, cut the banana and strawberries into pieces.

  • Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the protein powder.

  • In a bowl, pour the cooked porridge.

  • Add the banana and strawberry pieces to the porridge.

  • Sprinkle with nuts or seeds for crunch.
