Oatmeal Porridge with Fruit
Ingredients:
60g of oat flakes
200ml almond milk
1 banana (about 120g)
100g strawberries
15g vanilla protein powder
10g nuts (or seeds)

Instructions:
In a saucepan, bring the almond milk to a boil.
Add the oats and reduce the heat. Let simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Meanwhile, cut the banana and strawberries into pieces.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the protein powder.
In a bowl, pour the cooked porridge.
Add the banana and strawberry pieces to the porridge.
Sprinkle with nuts or seeds for crunch.
