 Omelette with spinach and feta cheese





Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs

  • 50g fresh spinach

  • 30g feta cheese

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:

  • Place the spinach in a small pot with a drop of water over low heat until the spinach shrinks, then drain.

  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk and add the salt and pepper.

  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

  • Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and let them cook for a few minutes.

  • Once the omelet has set on the bottom, add the spinach and feta cheese to the omelet, fold and close the omelet.

  • Cook for about another minute until the cheese begins to melt.
