Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread

  • 2 tablespoons of almond butter

  • 1 medium banana

  • 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)

  • A sprinkle of cinnamon

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Toaster

  • Knife

  • Plate

Instructions:

  • Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown.

  • While the bread is toasting, slice the banana into thin rounds.

  • Once the bread is toasted, spread 1 tablespoon of almond butter on each slice.

  • Layer the banana slices evenly on the almond butter.

  • Drizzle honey over the banana if using, and sprinkle with cinnamon for added flavor.

  • Serve immediately on a plate.
