Spicy Masala Toast
Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1-2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 medium tomato, diced
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste

Instructions:
Heat a pan on the stove top.
Add the chopped onions and green chillies to the pan, sauté until the onions turn translucent.
Stir in the diced tomatoes and cook until they soften.
Add the chilli powder, garam masala, and salt, mixing everything well for 1-2 minutes.
Toast the bread slices in another pan or on top of the sautéed mixture until they are crisp and golden.
Serve the masala mixture on top of the toasted bread.
