Savory Beef and Chicken Corn Bake
Ingredients:
200g of Beef
200g of Chicken
1 Onion
2 cloves of Garlic
150g of Corn
100ml of Red Wine
2 tablespoons of Vinegar
1 teaspoon of Baking Soda
2 Eggs
150g of Flour
200g of Rice
2 slices of Bread
100ml of Milk
100g of Cream Cheese
50g of Butter
100g of Lettuce

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a saucepan, cook the rice according to the package instructions. Set aside.
Chop the onion and garlic finely. In a skillet over medium heat, add the butter and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
Add the beef and chicken to the skillet, cooking until browned. Stir in the corn, red wine, vinegar, and baking soda. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
In a blender, combine the cooked rice, eggs, flour, milk, and cream cheese to create a smooth batter.
Layer half of the batter in a greased baking dish, then add the beef and chicken mixture. Cover with the remaining batter.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
While the bake is cooking, toast the bread and serve it alongside fresh lettuce.
