 Grilled Cheese and Vegetable Stack



Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bread

  • 2 cheese slices

  • 2 tablespoons of ketchup

  • 1 medium tomato, sliced

  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microwave Oven

  • Blender

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Start by layering the cheese slices between two slices of bread to create a sandwich.

  • Heat the stove top over medium heat and place the sandwich on it. Cook until the bread is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until the cheese melts.

  • In the blender, combine the sliced tomato, cucumber, and ketchup to make a fresh vegetable sauce. Blend until smooth and season to taste.

  • Once the grilled cheese is ready, remove it from the stove and let it cool for a minute.

  • Slice the sandwich diagonally and serve it with the vegetable sauce drizzled on top or on the side.
