Scrambled Eggs with Spinach
Ingredients:
3 large eggs
100g of fresh spinach
30g of butter
30g of grated cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Frying pan
Spatula
Bowl
Whisk
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper until well combined.
In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the fresh spinach to the pan and sauté until it wilts, about 2 minutes.
Pour in the whisked eggs and gently stir with a spatula, cooking until the eggs are just set but still creamy.
If using, sprinkle the grated cheese on top and allow it to melt slightly before serving.
