Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs

  • 100g of fresh spinach

  • 30g of butter

  • 30g of grated cheese (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Frying pan

  • Spatula

  • Bowl

  • Whisk

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper until well combined.

  • In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat.

  • Add the fresh spinach to the pan and sauté until it wilts, about 2 minutes.

  • Pour in the whisked eggs and gently stir with a spatula, cooking until the eggs are just set but still creamy.

  • If using, sprinkle the grated cheese on top and allow it to melt slightly before serving.
