Turkey Burger with Avocado
Ingredients:
500g ground turkey
1 medium avocado
50g whole wheat burger buns
30g lettuce
100g tomato slices
10g olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
10g mustard

Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into patties, about 125g each.
Heat the grill over medium heat and add the turkey patties. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
While the turkey burgers are cooking, slice the avocado and tomato, and wash the lettuce leaves.
Once the burgers are done, toast the whole wheat buns lightly on the grill.
Assemble the burgers by spreading mustard on the bottom bun, adding the lettuce, turkey patty, avocado slices, and tomato slices. Top with the other half of the bun.
