Vegan Quick Pizza
Ingredients:
4 whole wheat pita breads
200g of tomato sauce
200g of vegan cheese
100g of bell peppers, sliced
100g of mushrooms, sliced
50g of olives, sliced
1 tsp of dried oregano
1 tsp of garlic powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Oven
Baking tray
Spoon
Knife
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Place the pita breads on a baking tray.
Spread a generous amount of tomato sauce over each pita bread.
Sprinkle vegan cheese evenly on top of the sauce.
Distribute the sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, and olives over the cheese.
Season with dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute before slicing and serving.
