Ingredients:

  • 4 whole wheat pita breads

  • 200g of tomato sauce

  • 200g of vegan cheese

  • 100g of bell peppers, sliced

  • 100g of mushrooms, sliced

  • 50g of olives, sliced

  • 1 tsp of dried oregano

  • 1 tsp of garlic powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Baking tray

  • Spoon

  • Knife

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).

  • Place the pita breads on a baking tray.

  • Spread a generous amount of tomato sauce over each pita bread.

  • Sprinkle vegan cheese evenly on top of the sauce.

  • Distribute the sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, and olives over the cheese.

  • Season with dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute before slicing and serving.
