Banana Chia Seed Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup of milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1/2 cup of flour

Skillet

Measuring spoons
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
Add the egg and milk to the mashed banana, then whisk together until well combined.
Stir in the flour and chia seeds until just incorporated; don't overmix.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Pour small portions of the batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional minute until golden brown.
