Banana Oatmeal Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
100g of oatmeal flour
100g of ham
100g of cheese
Kitchen Tools Needed:
mixing bowl
non-stick skillet
spatula
measuring cups
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
Add the eggs to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
Gradually stir in the oatmeal flour until a batter forms.
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it if needed.
Pour a scoop of the batter onto the skillet and cook for about 1-2 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface.
Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve the pancakes warm, topped with sliced ham and cheese.
