Banana Oatmeal Pancakes



Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 100g of oatmeal flour

  • 100g of ham

  • 100g of cheese

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • mixing bowl

  • non-stick skillet

  • spatula

  • measuring cups

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

  • Add the eggs to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.

  • Gradually stir in the oatmeal flour until a batter forms.

  • Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it if needed.

  • Pour a scoop of the batter onto the skillet and cook for about 1-2 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface.

  • Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

  • Repeat with the remaining batter.

  • Serve the pancakes warm, topped with sliced ham and cheese.
