Kabab Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients:
2 slices of Bread
1 tablespoon of Butter
100g of Kabab
50g of Cabbage, finely shredded
1 medium Onion, sliced
1 medium Tomato, sliced
2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Stove Top
Instructions:
Heat the stove top over medium heat and melt the butter in a pan.
Add the kabab to the pan and cook until warmed through, about 2-3 minutes.
Toast the slices of bread in the butter until golden brown on both sides.
Once the bread is toasted, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each slice.
Layer the cooked kabab on one slice of bread, then add the sliced onions, tomatoes, and shredded cabbage on top.
Cover with the second slice of bread, cut in half if desired, and serve immediately.
