 Kabab Breakfast Sandwich




Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of Bread

  • 1 tablespoon of Butter

  • 100g of Kabab

  • 50g of Cabbage, finely shredded

  • 1 medium Onion, sliced

  • 1 medium Tomato, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Heat the stove top over medium heat and melt the butter in a pan.

  • Add the kabab to the pan and cook until warmed through, about 2-3 minutes.

  • Toast the slices of bread in the butter until golden brown on both sides.

  • Once the bread is toasted, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each slice.

  • Layer the cooked kabab on one slice of bread, then add the sliced onions, tomatoes, and shredded cabbage on top.

  • Cover with the second slice of bread, cut in half if desired, and serve immediately.
