Keto Cinnamon Banana Oats
Ingredients:
150g of almond flour
100ml of unsweetened almond milk
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 tsp of cinnamon
2 tbsp of erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)
2 tbsp of butter
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp of salt
50g of chopped walnuts

Instructions:
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the mashed banana and cook for about 2 minutes until softened.
Stir in the almond flour, cinnamon, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing well to combine.
Gradually add the almond milk while stirring continuously until the mixture thickens to a creamy consistency, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
Spoon the mixture into serving bowls and top with chopped walnuts for added crunch.
