Ingredients:

  • 150g of almond flour

  • 100ml of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp of erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)

  • 2 tbsp of butter

  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp of salt

  • 50g of chopped walnuts

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Saucepan

  • Spatula

  • Measuring cups

  • Mixing bowl

  • Serving bowls

Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the mashed banana and cook for about 2 minutes until softened.

  • Stir in the almond flour, cinnamon, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing well to combine.

  • Gradually add the almond milk while stirring continuously until the mixture thickens to a creamy consistency, about 5 minutes.

  • Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.

  • Spoon the mixture into serving bowls and top with chopped walnuts for added crunch.
