 Beef and Spinach Pasta Bake



Ingredients:

  • 200g of Pasta

  • 300g of minced beef

  • 400g of canned tomatoes

  • 150g of Spinach

  • 100g of shredded cheese

  • 1 tsp of olive oil

  • 1 tsp of salt

  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper

  • 1 tsp of dried oregano

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Microwave Oven

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • In a skillet on the stove top, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes.

  • Drain any excess fat from the beef and add the canned tomatoes, spinach, salt, pepper, and oregano. Stir and simmer for about 5 minutes until the spinach is wilted and the mixture is heated through.

  • In a large baking dish, combine the cooked pasta with the beef and spinach mixture. Mix well to combine.

  • Top the pasta bake with shredded cheese.

  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
