Beef and Spinach Pasta Bake
Ingredients:
200g of Pasta
300g of minced beef
400g of canned tomatoes
150g of Spinach
100g of shredded cheese
1 tsp of olive oil
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of dried oregano

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet on the stove top, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes.
Drain any excess fat from the beef and add the canned tomatoes, spinach, salt, pepper, and oregano. Stir and simmer for about 5 minutes until the spinach is wilted and the mixture is heated through.
In a large baking dish, combine the cooked pasta with the beef and spinach mixture. Mix well to combine.
Top the pasta bake with shredded cheese.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
