Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread

  • 2 tablespoons of almond butter

  • 1 medium banana

  • 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Toaster

  • Knife

  • Plate

Instructions:

  • Toast the slices of whole grain bread until golden brown.

  • While the toast is cooling, slice the banana into thin rounds.

  • Spread 1 tablespoon of almond butter on each slice of toast.

  • Top each toast with the banana slices evenly.

  • Drizzle honey on top if desired for added sweetness.

  • Serve immediately on a plate.
