Oatmeal with Banana and Honey
Ingredients:
100g oats
150ml skimmed milk
1 medium banana
1 tablespoon honey
10g chopped walnuts
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
In a saucepan, add 100g of oats and 150ml of skimmed milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the oats are creamy.
Turn off the heat and add 1 medium chopped banana and 1 tablespoon of honey.
Mix well and serve in a bowl.
Finish with 10g of chopped walnuts on top.
