 Oatmeal with Banana and Honey



Ingredients:

  • 100g oats

  • 150ml skimmed milk

  • 1 medium banana

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 10g chopped walnuts

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • bowl

  • to harvest

  • pan

Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, add 100g of oats and 150ml of skimmed milk.

  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the oats are creamy.

  • Turn off the heat and add 1 medium chopped banana and 1 tablespoon of honey.

  • Mix well and serve in a bowl.

  • Finish with 10g of chopped walnuts on top.
