 Breakfast with chicken and potatoes



Ingredients:

  • 300g potatoes

  • 200g chicken fillet

  • 2 eggs

  • 100g flour

  • 1 large tomato

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Microwave oven

  • Blender

  • Tile

  • Pressure cooker

Instructions:

  • Peel and dice the potatoes, then pressure cook them until soft.

  • In a frying pan, fry the chopped chicken fillet until golden brown, seasoning with salt and pepper.

  • In a separate bowl, mix flour and eggs until smooth.

  • Add pre-boiled and mashed potatoes to the dough, mix until smooth.

  • Place the dough with potatoes and chicken on a baking sheet, cut the tomato on top.

  • Place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
