Breakfast with chicken and potatoes
Ingredients:
300g potatoes
200g chicken fillet
2 eggs
100g flour
1 large tomato

Microwave oven

Pressure cooker
Instructions:
Peel and dice the potatoes, then pressure cook them until soft.
In a frying pan, fry the chopped chicken fillet until golden brown, seasoning with salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl, mix flour and eggs until smooth.
Add pre-boiled and mashed potatoes to the dough, mix until smooth.
Place the dough with potatoes and chicken on a baking sheet, cut the tomato on top.
Place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
