Keto Avocado Salad
Ingredients:1 ripe avocado
50g cherry domates
30g feta cheese
10g olive oil
5g lemon juice
10g fresh parsley
a pinch of salt
a pinch of black pepper
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Chopping board
Knife
Mixing bowl
Serving plate
Instructions:
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, then mash it with a fork.
Quarter the cherry tomatoes and add them to the avocado puree.
Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the mixture.
Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix well.
Finally, add the finely chopped parsley and mix gently.
Place your salad on a serving plate and serve cold.
