 Keto Avocado Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 50g cherry domates

  • 30g feta cheese

  • 10g olive oil

  • 5g lemon juice

  • 10g fresh parsley

  • a pinch of salt

  • a pinch of black pepper

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Chopping board

  • Knife

  • Mixing bowl

  • Serving plate

Instructions:

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, then mash it with a fork.

  • Quarter the cherry tomatoes and add them to the avocado puree.

  • Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the mixture.

  • Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix well.

  • Finally, add the finely chopped parsley and mix gently.

  • Place your salad on a serving plate and serve cold.
