Cheese and sausage filled hollows
Ingredients:
500g of bread dough
200g grated cheese
150g of ham in pieces
200g of sausages for grilling
100g of sauce to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
frying pan
spoon
plato
knife
Instructions:
Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Roll out the bread dough and cut it into circles of the size you want.
Place a portion of grated cheese, ham and sausage pieces in the center of each circle.
Fold the dough over the filling to form an indentation and press the edges together to seal.
Place the caviar in the hot pan and cook for approximately 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
Remove from the pan and serve with sauce to taste.
