Ingredients:

  • 500g of bread dough

  • 200g grated cheese

  • 150g of ham in pieces

  • 200g of sausages for grilling

  • 100g of sauce to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • frying pan

  • spoon

  • plato

  • knife

Instructions:

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat.

  • Roll out the bread dough and cut it into circles of the size you want.

  • Place a portion of grated cheese, ham and sausage pieces in the center of each circle.

  • Fold the dough over the filling to form an indentation and press the edges together to seal.

  • Place the caviar in the hot pan and cook for approximately 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.

  • Remove from the pan and serve with sauce to taste.
