Savory Garlic Egg Toast with Chocolate
Ingredients:
4 slices of bread
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 eggs
50g of dark chocolate, chopped into small pieces

How To Make:
Toast the slices of bread in a toaster or in a pan until golden brown.
In a pan on the stove top, heat a little oil or butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Crack the eggs into the pan and cook them sunny-side up or to your desired doneness.
While the eggs are cooking, melt the dark chocolate in the microwave in 20-second intervals until smooth, stirring in between each interval.
Once the toast is ready, spread the garlic sauté on top of each slice.
Place the cooked eggs on top of the garlic toast.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the toast just before serving.
