 Savory Garlic Egg Toast with Chocolate



Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bread

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 2 eggs

  • 50g of dark chocolate, chopped into small pieces

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microwave Oven

  • Stove Top

How To Make:

  • Toast the slices of bread in a toaster or in a pan until golden brown.

  • In a pan on the stove top, heat a little oil or butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  • Crack the eggs into the pan and cook them sunny-side up or to your desired doneness.

  • While the eggs are cooking, melt the dark chocolate in the microwave in 20-second intervals until smooth, stirring in between each interval.

  • Once the toast is ready, spread the garlic sauté on top of each slice.

  • Place the cooked eggs on top of the garlic toast.

  • Drizzle the melted chocolate over the toast just before serving.
