Chocolate Coconut Cake
Ingredients:
100g of dairy-free dark chocolate
50g of coconut oil
70g of brown sugar
150g of all-purpose flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
50ml of almond milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract

How To Make:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, melt the dairy-free dark chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
Add the brown sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and stir until combined.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture, alternating with almond milk, and mix until smooth.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the batter into the greased baking pan and smooth the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
