Ingredients:

  • 100g of dairy-free dark chocolate

  • 50g of coconut oil

  • 70g of brown sugar

  • 150g of all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 50ml of almond milk

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl

  • Measuring cups

  • Measuring spoons

  • Baking pan

  • Oven

How To Make:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking pan.

  • In a mixing bowl, melt the dairy-free dark chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.

  • Add the brown sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and stir until combined.

  • In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together.

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture, alternating with almond milk, and mix until smooth.

  • Stir in the vanilla extract.

  • Pour the batter into the greased baking pan and smooth the top.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
