Chocolate Orange Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients:
50g of Chocolate Chips
1g of Sea Salt
1 tsp of Coffee
1 Egg
100g of Flour
100g of Oats
50g of All Purpose Flour
50g of Butter
50g of Milk
50g of Cream
100g of Yogurt
10g of Lemon Rind
10g of Orange Rind
100g of Sugar
30g of Honey
1 tsp of Baking Powder
1/2 tsp of Baking Soda

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a blender, combine the oats, all-purpose flour, flour, sea salt, baking powder, and baking soda into a fine mixture.
In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add the egg, milk, and cream to the mixture, then mix until well combined.
Incorporate the dry mixture from the blender into the wet mixture gradually, mixing well after each addition.
Fold in the chocolate chips, lemon rind, orange rind, and coffee until evenly distributed.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
