Cheese Potato Omelette
Ingredients:
200g One
250ml Milk
3 Eggs
1 teaspoon Salt
30ml Oil
10g Maya
200g Potatoes
100g Cheese

How To Make:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes, then boil them in salted water.
Mix the flour, milk, eggs, salt and yeast thoroughly in a bowl.
Add the boiled potatoes to the dough and mix.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the dough, add the cheese on top.
Cook the omelet until golden brown on the bottom and slightly set on top.
Once the first side is cooked, carefully flip the omelet and cook the other side.
Place the cooked omelette on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
