 Cheese Potato Omelette





Ingredients:

  • 200g One

  • 250ml Milk

  • 3 Eggs

  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 30ml Oil

  • 10g Maya

  • 200g Potatoes

  • 100g Cheese

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Stove Top

How To Make:

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes, then boil them in salted water.

  • Mix the flour, milk, eggs, salt and yeast thoroughly in a bowl.

  • Add the boiled potatoes to the dough and mix.

  • Heat the oil in a pan and add the dough, add the cheese on top.

  • Cook the omelet until golden brown on the bottom and slightly set on top.

  • Once the first side is cooked, carefully flip the omelet and cook the other side.

  • Place the cooked omelette on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for another 5 minutes.

  • Serve hot.
