Pancakes with Maple Syrup
Ingredients:
100g of whole grain flour
150ml of milk
1 medium egg
10g of baking powder
10g of sugar
1 tablespoon of olive oil
a pinch of salt
Maple syrup for serving
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Mixing bowl
Non-stick skillet
Whisk
Measuring cups
Spatula
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the whole grain flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk and egg.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Add the olive oil to the mixture and stir gently.
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it if necessary.
Pour a ladleful of batter into the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve the pancakes warm with a drizzle of maple syrup.
