 Easy Chicken Pizza




Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough

  • 100g of cooked chicken, shredded

  • 50g of mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 30g of pizza sauce

  • 10g of olive oil

  • 50g of bell peppers, sliced

  • 10g of onion, thinly sliced

  • 1g of salt

  • 1g of black pepper

  • 1g of oregano

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Baking tray

  • Rolling pin

  • Mixing bowl

  • Knife

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).

  • Roll out the pre-made pizza dough on a floured surface until it's about 1 cm thick.

  • Transfer the rolled dough to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough base.

  • Evenly distribute the shredded chicken on top of the sauce.

  • Add the sliced bell peppers and onions over the chicken.

  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the vegetables.

  • Drizzle olive oil over the pizza and season with salt, black pepper, and oregano.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

  • Remove from oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
