Easy Chicken Pizza
Ingredients:
1 pre-made pizza dough
100g of cooked chicken, shredded
50g of mozzarella cheese, shredded
30g of pizza sauce
10g of olive oil
50g of bell peppers, sliced
10g of onion, thinly sliced
1g of salt
1g of black pepper
1g of oregano
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Oven
Baking tray
Rolling pin
Mixing bowl
Knife
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
Roll out the pre-made pizza dough on a floured surface until it's about 1 cm thick.
Transfer the rolled dough to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough base.
Evenly distribute the shredded chicken on top of the sauce.
Add the sliced bell peppers and onions over the chicken.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the vegetables.
Drizzle olive oil over the pizza and season with salt, black pepper, and oregano.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
