Cheesy Spiced Sandwich
Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
1 cheese slice
50g of cube cheese
1 small onion, sliced
2 tablespoons of sweet and spicy red sauce
2 tablespoons of tandoori mayo
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 egg
2 tablespoons of cheese spread

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a frying pan on the stove top, sauté the sliced onions until they are softened and translucent.
In a bowl, whisk the egg and season it with salt and pepper.
In the same frying pan, pour the whisked egg and scramble until cooked through.
Take one slice of bread and spread the cheese spread evenly over it.
Layer the sautéed onions, the cheese slice, and cube cheese on top of the cheese spread.
Add a generous layer of the sweet and spicy red sauce and tandoori mayo on top.
Place the scrambled egg on the sauces and cover with the second slice of bread.
Use a buttered oven-safe dish to place the assembled sandwich and bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until the bread is crispy. Remove from the oven and slice in half before serving.
