Grilled Chicken with Lemon and Spice Sauce
Ingredients:
400g chicken breast
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon (its juice)
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
200g asparagus (optional)

Grill
Knife
Cutting board
Was
Measuring spoons
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.
Place the chicken breasts in the mixture and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for approximately 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
If you decide to use asparagus, add it to the grill during the last 4 minutes of cooking the chicken.
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing.
Serve the chicken hot, accompanied by the asparagus.
