 Grilled Chicken with Lemon and Spice Sauce




Ingredients:

  • 400g chicken breast

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 lemon (its juice)

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 200g asparagus (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Grill

  • Knife

  • Cutting board

  • Was

  • Measuring spoons

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.

  • Place the chicken breasts in the mixture and marinate for at least 10 minutes.

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  • Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for approximately 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through.

  • If you decide to use asparagus, add it to the grill during the last 4 minutes of cooking the chicken.

  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing.

  • Serve the chicken hot, accompanied by the asparagus.
