 Mushrooms and Ham Sandwich



Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bread

  • 100g of Gruyère cheese

  • 200g of mushrooms

  • 150g of ham

  • 50g butter

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Microvawe Oven

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the sliced ​​mushrooms. Sauté until golden brown.

  • On two slices of bread, place a layer of ham, followed by half of the sautéed mushrooms, and a good portion of grated Gruyère cheese.

  • Cover with the other two slices of bread to form a sandwich.

  • Spread the tops of the sandwiches with a little butter and place them on a baking sheet.

  • Bake for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden brown.

  • Serve hot, accompanied by the remaining mushrooms.
