Mushrooms and Ham Sandwich
Ingredients:
4 slices of bread
100g of Gruyère cheese
200g of mushrooms
150g of ham
50g butter
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the sliced mushrooms. Sauté until golden brown.
On two slices of bread, place a layer of ham, followed by half of the sautéed mushrooms, and a good portion of grated Gruyère cheese.
Cover with the other two slices of bread to form a sandwich.
Spread the tops of the sandwiches with a little butter and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
Serve hot, accompanied by the remaining mushrooms.
