Italian Sandwich with Crispy Chicken
Ingredients:
100g of capicollo
100g of soppressata
100g of salami
100g of chicken cold cut
4 slices of Bread
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Air Fryer
Stove Top
Instructions:
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
Place the bread slices in the air fryer and toast for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
On the stove top, heat a skillet over medium heat.
Layer the capicollo, soppressata, salami, and chicken cold cut evenly on top of one slice of toasted bread.
Cover with another slice of toasted bread to form a sandwich.
Place the sandwich in the skillet and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until heated through and crispy.
Remove from the skillet and cut in half, if desired.
