Banana cake with dates and chocolate
Ingredients:
200g of dates
150g flour
200ml almond milk
100g of oat flakes
100g dark chocolate
2 apples
100g peanut butter
2 bananas
50g sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch of sea salt

Instructions:
In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate over low heat, stirring frequently.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas and mix with the peanut butter and almond milk.
Add the chopped dates, flour, oatmeal, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Mix well until you have a smooth dough.
Stir the diced apples into the batter.
Pour the melted chocolate into the mixture and mix well.
Heat a frying pan over low heat, pour in the batter and spread evenly. Cook for 10-12 minutes until the underside is golden brown.
Carefully flip the cake over and cook the other side for another 5-7 minutes.
