 Italian Sandwich with Crispy Chicken



Ingredients:

  • 100g of capicollo

  • 100g of soppressata

  • 100g of salami

  • 100g of chicken cold cut

  • 4 slices of Bread

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Air Fryer

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).

  • Place the bread slices in the air fryer and toast for about 5 minutes until golden brown.

  • On the stove top, heat a skillet over medium heat.

  • Layer the capicollo, soppressata, salami, and chicken cold cut evenly on top of one slice of toasted bread.

  • Cover with another slice of toasted bread to form a sandwich.

  • Place the sandwich in the skillet and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until heated through and crispy.

  • Remove from the skillet and cut in half, if desired.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bread

  • 100g of Gruyère cheese

  • 200g of mushrooms

  • 150g of ham

  • 50g butter

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the sliced ​​mushrooms. Sauté until golden brown.

  • On two slices of bread, place a layer of ham, followed by half of the sautéed mushrooms, and a good portion of grated Gruyère cheese.

  • Cover with the other two slices of bread to form a sandwich.

  • 1 medium tomato (approximately 100g)

Instructions:

  • Toast the whole grain bread until golden brown.

  • Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
