 Orange Cake




Ingredients:

  • 200g de All Purpose Flour

  • 100g Sugar

  • 100g de Butter

  • 2 Eggs

  • 200ml of Milk

  • 1 Orange (juice and zest)

  • 1 teaspoon Orange Zest

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Blender

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • In a blender, add 200ml of Milk, 100g of melted Butter, 2 Eggs, the Orange juice and the Orange zest. Blend until smooth.

  • In a bowl, mix 200g of All Purpose Flour and 100g of Sugar.

  • Pour the liquid mixture from the blender into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well until a homogeneous dough forms.

  • Grease a mold with butter and pour the dough.

  • Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
