Orange Cake
Ingredients:
200g de All Purpose Flour
100g Sugar
100g de Butter
2 Eggs
200ml of Milk
1 Orange (juice and zest)
1 teaspoon Orange Zest

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a blender, add 200ml of Milk, 100g of melted Butter, 2 Eggs, the Orange juice and the Orange zest. Blend until smooth.
In a bowl, mix 200g of All Purpose Flour and 100g of Sugar.
Pour the liquid mixture from the blender into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well until a homogeneous dough forms.
Grease a mold with butter and pour the dough.
Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
