 Chocolate-Dipped Custard Apple



Ingredients:

  • 200g of All Purpose Flour

  • 50g of Cocoa

  • 200g of Sugar

  • 100g of Brown Sugar

  • 100g of Chocolate Chips

  • 200g of Milk

  • 2 large Eggs

  • 2 tablespoons of Lemon Juice

  • 1 Custard Apple

  • 2 Apples

  • 10g of Yeast

  • 50g of Chocolate

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Microvawe Oven

  • Air Fryer

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the All Purpose Flour, Cocoa, Sugar, and Brown Sugar.

  • In a separate bowl, mix the Milk, Eggs, and Lemon Juice until well combined._

  • Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.

  • Melt the Chocolate in a microwave oven and fold it into the batter along with the Chocolate Chips.

  • Gently scoop the flesh from the Custard Apple and chop it, then fold it into the batter.

  • Chop the Apples into small pieces and add them to the mixture.

  • Sprinkle the Yeast over the batter and gently fold everything together until combined.

  • Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  • Let it cool for about 10 minutes before serving it straight from the dish or reheated in the microwave.
