Chocolate-Dipped Custard Apple
Ingredients:
200g of All Purpose Flour
50g of Cocoa
200g of Sugar
100g of Brown Sugar
100g of Chocolate Chips
200g of Milk
2 large Eggs
2 tablespoons of Lemon Juice
1 Custard Apple
2 Apples
10g of Yeast
50g of Chocolate

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the All Purpose Flour, Cocoa, Sugar, and Brown Sugar.
In a separate bowl, mix the Milk, Eggs, and Lemon Juice until well combined._
Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.
Melt the Chocolate in a microwave oven and fold it into the batter along with the Chocolate Chips.
Gently scoop the flesh from the Custard Apple and chop it, then fold it into the batter.
Chop the Apples into small pieces and add them to the mixture.
Sprinkle the Yeast over the batter and gently fold everything together until combined.
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let it cool for about 10 minutes before serving it straight from the dish or reheated in the microwave.
