Whole wheat toast with avocado and egg
Ingredients:
2 slices of whole wheat bread (100g)
1 small avocado (150g)
2 eggs (100g)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Toaster
Frying pan
Knife
Plato
Instructions:
Toast the slices of whole wheat bread in the toaster until golden brown.
While the bread is toasting, heat the skillet over medium heat and crack the eggs into it.
Cook the eggs to taste, either scrambled or fried.
While the eggs are cooking, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the pulp with a spoon.
Mash the avocado in a bowl and add salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.
Once the bread is toasted, spread the avocado mixture over each slice.
Place an egg on each avocado toast.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
