 Whole wheat toast with avocado and egg





Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread (100g)

  • 1 small avocado (150g)

  • 2 eggs (100g)

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

  • Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Toaster

  • Frying pan

  • Knife

  • Plato

Instructions:

  • Toast the slices of whole wheat bread in the toaster until golden brown.

  • While the bread is toasting, heat the skillet over medium heat and crack the eggs into it.

  • Cook the eggs to taste, either scrambled or fried.

  • While the eggs are cooking, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the pulp with a spoon.

  • Mash the avocado in a bowl and add salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.

  • Once the bread is toasted, spread the avocado mixture over each slice.

  • Place an egg on each avocado toast.

  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
