Spiced Chai Latte
Ingredients:
2 cups of milk
2 cups of water
4 black tea bags
2 cinnamon sticks
4 cardamom pods
4 cloves
1 inch ginger (sliced)
2 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Whisk
Strainer
Measuring Cups

Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine the water, cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, cloves, and sliced ginger. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to steep the spices.
Add the black tea bags to the saucepan and continue to simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from heat and strain the mixture into a bowl to discard the spices and tea bags.
Return the liquid to the saucepan and add the milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk together over low heat until warmed through and combined.
Pour the spiced chai latte into mugs and serve hot.
