Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients:
150g of mixed tropical fruits (pineapple, mango, banana)
30g of Greek yogurt
20g of protein powder (vanilla flavor)
200ml of coconut water
10g of chia seeds
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Blender
Measuring Cups
Spoon
Instructions:
Add the mixed tropical fruits to the blender.
Pour in the coconut water and add Greek yogurt.
Add the protein powder and chia seeds to the mixture.
Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
Serve in a tall glass and enjoy!
