Ingredients:

  • 150g of mixed tropical fruits (pineapple, mango, banana)

  • 30g of Greek yogurt

  • 20g of protein powder (vanilla flavor)

  • 200ml of coconut water

  • 10g of chia seeds

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • Measuring Cups

  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • Add the mixed tropical fruits to the blender.

  • Pour in the coconut water and add Greek yogurt.

  • Add the protein powder and chia seeds to the mixture.

  • Blend everything until smooth and creamy.

  • Serve in a tall glass and enjoy!
