Blueberry Cinnamon Cornmeal Muffins
Ingredients:
1 cup Flour
1 cup Cornmeal
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Blueberries
2 Eggs
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 tsp Baking Powder

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and vanilla essence until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Gently fold in the blueberries.
Spoon the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before removing them from the tin.
