 Vanilla Cupcakes



Ingredients:

  • 100g of wheat flour

  • 100g of sugar

  • 50g melted butter

  • 1 egg

  • 50ml of milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • a pinch of salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • mixing bowl

  • Whisk

  • Cupcake molds

  • Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

  • In another bowl, beat the egg and add the melted butter, milk and vanilla extract.

  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough.

  • Divide the mixture into cupcake molds, filling them up to 2/3 of their capacity.

  • Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  • Allow to cool before unmolding.
