Vanilla Cupcakes
Ingredients:
100g of wheat flour
100g of sugar
50g melted butter
1 egg
50ml of milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
Kitchen Tools Needed:
mixing bowl
Whisk
Cupcake molds
Oven
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, beat the egg and add the melted butter, milk and vanilla extract.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
Divide the mixture into cupcake molds, filling them up to 2/3 of their capacity.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow to cool before unmolding.
