 Meat Salad with Pineapple



Ingredients:

  • 300g of beef

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1 onion

  • 2 carrots

  • 1 cucumber

  • 100g lettuce

  • 2 chiles verdes

  • 100g pineapple

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microvawe Oven

  • Blender

  • Air Fryer

  • Slow Cooker

  • Pressure Cooker

Instructions:

  • Cook the beef in the pressure cooker with water, salt and spices to taste for 30 minutes until tender.

  • While the meat is cooking, cut the tomatoes, onion, carrots, cucumber and green chilies into small pieces.

  • Use the blender to blend the tomatoes, onion and green chilies to make a fresh salsa.

  • Chop the pineapple into small cubes and set aside.

  • Once the meat is ready, let it cool a little and cut it into small pieces.

  • In a large bowl, mix the meat, chopped vegetables, pineapple and lettuce.

  • Pour the fresh salsa over the mixture and stir well to combine all the ingredients.

  • Serve the salad on individual plates and enjoy.
