Meat Salad with Pineapple
Ingredients:
300g of beef
2 tomatoes
1 onion
2 carrots
1 cucumber
100g lettuce
2 chiles verdes
100g pineapple
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Microvawe Oven
Blender
Air Fryer
Slow Cooker
Pressure Cooker
Instructions:
Cook the beef in the pressure cooker with water, salt and spices to taste for 30 minutes until tender.
While the meat is cooking, cut the tomatoes, onion, carrots, cucumber and green chilies into small pieces.
Use the blender to blend the tomatoes, onion and green chilies to make a fresh salsa.
Chop the pineapple into small cubes and set aside.
Once the meat is ready, let it cool a little and cut it into small pieces.
In a large bowl, mix the meat, chopped vegetables, pineapple and lettuce.
Pour the fresh salsa over the mixture and stir well to combine all the ingredients.
Serve the salad on individual plates and enjoy.
