Paleo Protein Shake with Banana
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana (approx. 120g)
30g almond milk (unsweetened)
25g protein powder (Paleo-friendly, e.g. pea protein)
5g chia seeds
1 teaspoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Mixer
measuring cup
Spoon
Instructions:
Peel the banana and cut into pieces.
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Mix well until a creamy consistency is achieved.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
