Ingredients:

  • 30g almond milk (unsweetened)

  • 25g protein powder (Paleo-friendly, e.g. pea protein)

  • 5g chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for sweetness)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixer

  • measuring cup

  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • Peel the banana and cut into pieces.

  • Place all ingredients in a blender.

  • Mix well until a creamy consistency is achieved.

  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
