Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients:
500ml of milk
2 eggs
50g corn flour
30g margarine
30ml of oil
50g of sugar
100g chocolate

Instructions:
In a saucepan, heat 500ml of milk over medium heat on the stove.
While the milk is heating, beat 2 eggs in a bowl and add 50g sugar and 50g cornflour. Mix well until smooth.
When the milk is hot, add the egg and flour mixture to the saucepan, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.
Add 100g of chopped chocolate and 30g of margarine to the mixture, and continue stirring until the chocolate and margarine melt and the mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and pour pudding into individual bowls.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
