 Chocolate Pudding



Ingredients:

  • 500ml of milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 50g corn flour

  • 30g margarine

  • 30ml of oil

  • 50g of sugar

  • 100g chocolate

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, heat 500ml of milk over medium heat on the stove.

  • While the milk is heating, beat 2 eggs in a bowl and add 50g sugar and 50g cornflour. Mix well until smooth.

  • When the milk is hot, add the egg and flour mixture to the saucepan, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.

  • Add 100g of chopped chocolate and 30g of margarine to the mixture, and continue stirring until the chocolate and margarine melt and the mixture thickens.

  • Remove from heat and pour pudding into individual bowls.

  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.
