Thai Spicy Seafood
Ingredients:
200g mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, and fish)
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon chili paste
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small red chili, sliced
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions:
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sliced red chili, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the mixed seafood to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until they are cooked through.
Stir in the fish sauce, lime juice, chili paste, and sugar, mixing well.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
