 Thai Spicy Seafood



Ingredients:

  • 200g mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, and fish)

  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon chili paste

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 small red chili, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Pan

  • Spatula

  • Measuring spoons

Instructions:

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

  • Add the minced garlic and sliced red chili, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Add the mixed seafood to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until they are cooked through.

  • Stir in the fish sauce, lime juice, chili paste, and sugar, mixing well.

  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
