 Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana 



Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe Bananas

  • 2 large Eggs

  • 2 tablespoons Honey

  • 3 tablespoons Peanut Butter

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence

  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder

  • a pinch of Salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Food Processor

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a food processor, combine the ripe bananas, eggs, honey, peanut butter, vanilla essence, cocoa powder, and salt. Blend until smooth and well combined.

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small bite-sized rounds.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until set and slightly firm to the touch.

  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
